Phone interview questions:
- Set time constraints - Set expectations for asking questions - Tell me a little about yourself - What do you know about Boomi?
- Tell candidate about our products
- Ask about current position
- What challenges did you encounter there? - Delve into anything interesting - How many projects do you typically manage at a time?
- Understanding of the role we’re hiring for?
- Does it match what you’re looking for? - Why this particular team?
- How do you feel about joining an emerging practice? - Questions from them?
Tips:
- The main thing is to ask for examples about everything. A lot of times even when you do, the candidates will answer with "Yeah, I can do that" or "Yeah, I like that", but you have to keep pushing for an example.
