Give a personal definition of diversity and an example of how you've worked to be more inclusive.

Tell me about your experience making software more accessible.

  • What’s the most surprising thing you’ve learned?

What do you know about [company]?

  • Do you have any experience with [enterprise software | content sites | marketing | primary product here]?
  • How are you setting your own time constraints / how are you at working in a constrained or tight schedule?

Tips

  • Ask for examples about everything. A lot of times even when you do, the candidates will answer with "Yeah, I can do that" or "Yeah, I like that", but you have to keep pushing for an example.
