Interview questions: - Tell me about the project you’re most proud of.

   - What worked and why? 
   - What would you do differently? 

- Give a personal definition of diversity and an example of how you've worked to be more inclusive. - Tell me about your experience making software more accessible.

   - Where do you gather your information? 
   - What’s the most surprising thing you’ve learned?

- What do you know about [company]?

   - Do you have any experience with enterprise software?
   - How are you setting your own time constraints?
   - Are you comfortable working with a defined style guide or Wild West style?
   - Tell me about your experience with Agile

- What drew you into UX Design?

   - What do you see your expertise?
   - What do you love to do?
   - What’s your super-power? What can you teach us?
   - What do you want to get better at?
   - What’s your ideal way of communicating findings
   - How do you face a really steep learning curve?
       - How do you go about learning a new system?

- What tools do you prefer? - Ask about current position

   - What are the characteristics of your current job you’d hope to find here?
   - What projects have you led and tell me about your strategy?
   - How do you know you’ve achieved success?
   - Tell me about an opportunity you identified - 
       - what did you do about it? 
       - Why/why not? 
       - How did that work out?
   - You’ve always been consulting: what constraints would you remove?

What’s your ideal role? - It sounds like you’ve had to handle a lot of difficult conversations - what’s your approach? - What’s your biggest ethical concern about [future tech | current tech | the industry]? - What questions do you have for us?


Phone interview questions:

- Set time constraints - Set expectations for asking questions - Tell me a little about yourself - What do you know about Boomi?

   - Tell candidate about our products

- Ask about current position

   - What challenges did you encounter there?
   - Delve into anything interesting 
   - How many projects do you typically manage at a time?

- Understanding of the role we’re hiring for?

   - Does it match what you’re looking for?
   - Why this particular team?

- How do you feel about joining an emerging practice? - Questions from them?
