Accessibility law applies specifically to those with disabilities, whether those disabilities are physical or cognitive. These include:
- Hearing difficulty and d/Deafness
- Vision issues
- Cognitive and Neurological Issues
- Physical Disabilities
- Multiple Sclerosis (yes it's in both!)
